“Outline of national medium and long-term educational reform anddevelopment program (2010-2020)” asked to take safeguard measures to furtherintensify the education reform and development, and we can strive to create a force ofteachers with noble ethic, professional knowledge, reasonable structure, dynamic andhigh-quality.This group of teachers definitely and mainly will come from the present normalstudents of normal school, so if we can help them to strengthen career identity andestablish their teachers’ identity as early as possible, they would become qualifiedteachers, play a good leading role in the future, and above all, we would optimize thenormal students’ career development approach.On the basic of clearly defined concept of normal students’ career identity andidentity construction, the research theory and concept model in this paper are theintegration and refining of multiple principles perspectives, such as pedagogy,education sociology, educational psychology, new public management science, inorder to do an useful exploration of teacher education theory and practice in normalstudents’ career preparation.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, and mainlyexplains the background, basic concept, and the overall design; the second part isabout theoretical and realistic foundation of career identity in process of normalstudents’ identity construction, and it mainly discusses the related theoreticalbackground; the third part does some investigations and analysis on career identity inprocess of normal students’ identity construction, mainly refers to the aspects ofsociety, school, professions as well as the students’ own problem; the fourth partlearns from abroad experience and mainly carries out a comparative analysis ofrelated issues of career identity in process of normal students’ identity construction inEurope countries and the United States; the fifth part tries to draw a conclude to theapproach of career identity in process of normal students’ identity construction.
