On The Scheme Of Henan Province High School Basketball League In 2012

This paper aims to investigate and research the schemas applied to the high school basketball game at home and abroad. The implementaion plans for high school students basketball league in Henan Province in2012are taken as the object of the research; the research methods are adopted, like experts interview, the literature review, logic analysis, social investigation from competition system, game content arrangement, game method. According to the No.7document (2007) issued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and the No.30goverment file (2007) issued by Herman Provincial Government, schools of all levels need to carry out "Sunshine Sports Activities". Based on the physical and mental development of middle school students,"sunshine sports" practice developed by basketball league in the Zhejiang Province and modern basketball professional development, this paper tries to explore the scientific basis for applying "sunshine sports" into high school basketball league in Henan province. The popularity, practical and scientific nature of the scheme, and the operability of event schedule organization is discussed. The conclusion is drawn that this schema for high school basketball contest in Henan province is feasible and can be widely promoted and reasonable suggestions about the actual operation in implementing the scheme are provided. This paper is based on the basketball game of middle school students and attempts to provide constructive suggestion for formulating rational and effective game plan of provincial level, and also has a positive effect on Ae developing mode of youth basketball tournament of Henan province, strengthening the middle school students basketball league reform, promoting the basic-level high school students and constantly improving the level of basketball sports development.
