Tibetan is a nation that has been maintaining complete Nomadic culture andtechnology since ancient times. Till now, there are still large groups of Nomadicgroups distributing in provinces as Yunnan, Sichuan, Gansu, Qinghai and Tibet.As a significant component of Tibetan culture, the Nomadic culture that has beencombining together with local natural environment has transferred to aco-influential and co-complementing relation with it. Now the Nomadic cultureis regarded as a significant part of the Ecological Chain of the Tibet Plateau.Since the establishment of the new China till now, the enact and implementationof diversified policies targeting on Nomadic community have fundamentallychanged the life there. Meanwhile, it has become a practical problem as wetherthe natural or manmade changes are suitable for the living habits of the Nomadicgroup or beneficial to the ecology. The previous section has made a detailedrecord of each aspect of Weizi Village as a natural Nomadic community in theform of Ethnography. With these, to reflect the correlation between theproduction life and natural environment of a natural Nomadic nation and theencountering risks, as well as how to adjust itself and change accordingly.
