Investigation On Specialization Of Teaching Management Staff Of Vocational Technology College In Hunan

Teaching management troop is an important part of the Professional Technology College management team. Teaching management level of a school not only restricts the quality of teaching, but also affects the development of a school. Facing management team teaching status, and strengthen education management team building, promote teaching management team to professional development, has become an important way to enhance the competitiveness and improve the teaching quality of vocational College.This study against Hunan Professional Technology College professional development of teaching management of empirical research. In this study, we based on the Survey results of7Hunan Professional Technology College teaching management troop, to analyze the situation, come to currently vocational colleges teaching management team structure is irrational, management philosophy is outdated, quality development is not balanced, a sense of professionalism is not strong, salaries are not high. And also analyze the causes of these problems. under the status of Hunan Vocational College teaching management team problems, this study in order to establish the teaching qualification certificate system management, based on this system to explore the development of teaching professional development standards, and proposed teaching evaluation system, the pay system, protecting the interests of teaching and other aspects of management improvement measures to adapt to the professional development of teaching management, this article tried to provide the theory and practice support for professional development.
