The Rural Population Situation And Countermeasures

China has always attached great importance to the population problem. In the21stcentury, with the scientific outlook on development enjoying popular support, demographyhas become a new hot area of research. Through strengthening the research of the change ofpopulation structure, especially the study of population structure of the overwhelmingmajority of rural population composition, we have worked out correspondingcountermeasures, which are helpful to realize the sustainable development of population. Thetwelfth five-year plan stressed the need for comprehensive plan for a good job in populationwork, through controlling the total population to improve population quality and optimize thepopulation structure to promote the long-term balanced development of population. At present,in terms of our social and economic development, strengthening the rural population problemresearch and guiding rural population flow reasonably and orderly has a guidance role tocarrying out the scientific development outlook based on human beings and building aharmonious socialist society.Making the population problem the entry point, the paper discusses the related problemsof the construction of socialist rural area and provides socialist new rural construction and therealization of rural urbanization with feasible scheme and countermeasures. Through thedeepgoing analysis and discussion of the problems existing in rural population in JianchangCounty and seeking the approach and countermeasures according to our national conditions tosolving these problems, the paper analyses the problems existing in Jianchang county ruralcounty and puts forward some countermeasures in the light of rural population aging,cultural quality and so on, which can promote agricultural production, make the ruraleconomy flourish, expand farmers’ consumption demand, and fundamentally solve the ThreeRural Issues. In the meanwhile, the paper is of great significance to the stable development ofrural social economy, socialist new rural construction, and building a well-off society in allaspects.
