College graduates "ant" is the higher level category in our national human resources, Its employment process is an important part in the national high-level human resources configuration. Currently, a variety of factors make them perform the multitude-followed Mentality in their career, which restricts their successful employment.This thesis has investigated five agglomerations of this herd in Zhengzhou City, objectively analyzed its basic situation and dialectically analyzed its independence, competition, hard work, other positive phenomena and anxiety, comparison, confliction, even revenge of social discontent. Its negative aspects are mainly shown in:(ⅰ)not to low-wage jobs and small cities;(ⅱ)follow the trend of changing jobs and frequently replace jobs;(ⅲ)obtain information, outlet emotion and psychology through net work.It theoretically analyzes that multitude-followed mentality of college graduates "ant" is a subjective personality loss in their career and an emotion attribution of psychological group. The blind multitude-followed mentality affects their employment with blindness, contradiction, utilitarian, comparison and social characteristicsThis thesis is based on scientific theory, follows the basic principles of education and guidance, learn the successful experience from home and abroad. It starts by comprehensive guidance using typical incentives, counseling education, network lead, etc. It focuses on strengthening the role of government for building good atmosphere; takes advantage of families to strengthen the joint force. What’s more, colleges should pay attention to the foundation of early education and guidance to enhance self-education. Its purpose is to create an interactive mode between inside and outside among government, schools, families and individuals to promote this group to choose occupation rationally and successfully in future. |
