Along with the accelerating process of modernization, national culture is confrontingdramatic changes. Thus, the better protection and inheritance are of great significance andchallenge. The inheritance of national culture and the development of national educationare always the core subjects of minority scholars. Culture serves as the main source ofnational creativity, cohesion and vitality. Society, communities and families have been themost important places for cultural inheritance. However, the continuous development ofmodernization and impact of foreign culture leave this traditional culture inheritance waybetween the beetle and the block. The school, in this case, as the main studying place forthe minority adolescents, should become the primary position to carry the cultureinheritance. The national education in national regions plays an all-important role inrealizing culture inheritance. The program named “National Culture Entering into Campus”in Enshi is a bold exploration under this theory. Starting with the program, the paper furtherdiscusses the harmonious development of culture inheritance, the economy of minorityregion and the national education.Enshi is located in southwest of Hubei province, the interchange of Hunan, Hubei andChongqing provinces. As the birthplace of ancient Ba Culture, Enshi is endowed withunique cultural advantages. Enshi has been attaching great importance to take the schoolsas the carriers of national culture. In1999, in order to improve the national education inminority regions, the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau of Jianshi County determined thekey point of future work, that is, highlighting the national characteristics and building themodel schools, and proposed to carry out “Five Fist Grades” project. On considering thelong-term development of “National Cultural Entering into Campus”, the research adoptsliterature method, the filed investigation and comparative analysis as its research methods,takes Jianshi Changliang Ethnic Primary School, Shizhou Ethnic Primary School and EnshiAcademy High School as research materials, From the practice of teaching contents,teaching form, teaching practice and experience in the management of practice teaching infour aspects of the state of Enshi" national culture into campus" activities in theimplementation status of the investigation and study of the. And the implementation of thecurrent problems summed up for the teaching content is not rich, the single teaching form,teaching research, teaching management is not in place in four aspects. According to"national culture into campus" activity implementation present situation and problems inrenewing idea of education, enrich the teaching contents, innovating teaching methods, improve teaching management and guarantee the teaching fund five improvementmeasures.Cultural relativity basic ideas that every culture has its originality and the full value,recognition of tolerance and respect the cultural differences, the national culture tocoexistence and common prosperity, the nation of cultural tolerance and sharing feelings, toachieve " harmony but not Sameness " effect, strive to develop campus cultural diversity,so that Wuling nation region culture more colorful, formation of the pattern of diversity inunity of the Chinese nation.
