As our country unique traditional culture, taijiquan is a shinning pearl in the treasure house of Chinese martial arts, which has the profound philosophy, magic of combat art, fitness effect contribute to one’s peace of mind or inner tranquility, it has already become wellknown by the broad masses of the people. Moreover, its strong and mysterious charming appeal to many young people.Taichi is divided into Chen, Yang, sun, wu1, wu2five styles, Yang’s taichi having the largest number who practice Tai ji sport,the broadest spread range. For its movements extend elegantly and generous Beautiful grand momentum, Yang’s taichi is popular at home and abroad. Not only in China, but also all over the world, it has won a high reputation and deep foundation from the masses.Yang’s taijiquan includes boxing, sword, broadsword, spear,pair sword, pushhands, etc. Boxing and sword are common fitness practice content of people, compared with pushhands, especially the effective way to combat, but how to practice and master the strength of the way, and how to put it back in the correct effective use to reality is less well known. This paper started with relevant training methods, mainly started with aspects of stance training and body strength. aimed at19professional athletes come from Li Yaxuan taijiquan research committee which is one of taijichuan authority. Through tracking training, data sampling, contrast and analysis of five months total20weeks,at the same times through relevant questionnaire survey, and expert interview (visit traditional Yang-style taiji quan famous teachers) method,finally find the most practical way in training and reality application, and strength training that is how to make effective training method. Enable practitioners can gain better controlling and develop their potential through a series of regular and feasible exercise. truly make pracititioners sense the force and use the force properly, and understand the charming of traditional Yang’s taichi pushhands skill and master relevant combat methods. Provide a powerful reason for better further research on this precious national inheritance.Through a series of practice means and experiment tests, we got these conclusions as follow:If practitioners want to get some in combat skill, they must start with basic skill,specially stance training right namely walking step, with a certain foundation of taijiquan, and on the basis of relaxation, do some related walking training, step by step, effectively improve the legs and body stability, and lay a solid foundation for the combat application.Take the application of cambating in pushing hands of Yang style taijiquan for instance, it is concluded that the right trend of strength, the capability depth of stance training while you are storing power, and the angle of release are the key technology points in power strength release in taichi.Summarized the main movements of pushing hands and instruction of combat. According to the conclusions present by this paper, here are some advice to traditional Yang-style taijiquan in pushing hands combat application: The correct concept of taichi cambat and some relevant knowledge also should be spread properly while our nation spread the taichi sports energetically, to let more people contact and familiar with taichi kung fu.By hiring orthodox experts teaching or in the form of lectures, more professional or amateur taichi practitioners can have a close contact with and learn the traditional pushing hands combat of Yang-style taichi.In the training process, professional athletes must follow training principles that step by step, not obey blindly, and not eager for instant success and quick profits, from relaxation to the basic skills of body especially the training of lower parts(bellow the waist called lower parts)to sense the force and use the force properly, finally achieve the aim of mastering pushing hands effectively and use pushing hands skillfully in combat. Provide the theory basis and foundation for the better improve the level of pushing hands combat and getting better results.
