Chinese University Volleyball League has experienced six years of ups and downs, since itsestablishment in2006. With the support of the Ministry of College Athletic Association in EducationDepartment, the Management Center of General Volleyball Administration, and joint efforts of volleyballpeople in college and all fields, Chinese College Volleyball League is in a large scale. But it isincomparable with developed countries and far away from the objectives of global sports meeting. How toadapt to the present situation and develop its own characteristics is a serious issue waiting for to beconsidered for each college people in future.Chinese college students’ volleyball league, as one of the important Chinese overall measures topromote Chinese volleyball development for its own operation, its operation directly decides success orfailure, and the setting format is important. Because of the format itself is made up for competition, is bornwith a characteristics. In volleyball development process, many factors affect the improvement of thevolleyball competition, the improvement and development of the competition system is one of theimportant factors. Format plays an important role to standardize sports competition, improve the qualityand ensure the competition smoothly and orderly implementation. College students plays essential role topromote the rapid development of volleyball.This paper uses questionnaire investigation, visiting expert and mathematical statistics, logic analysis,etc, takes Chinese college volleyball league competition system since its start as the main research object,and find that through the system analysis of Chinese college volleyball league content: the matches formatcollege students in Chinese volleyball league is not stable, many provinces and cities do not attend, firstclass and the super series basically remain the same, the funds required for the league remains urgent,there are some differences for the limits of the conditions, and so on. According to college students’characteristics and present condition, the study provides some advices: open funds collection, nurturecompetition market, strengthen competition ability and overall ability, add self ability by broad influence,offer a fair and just competition flat.
