Discussion on the Theory of Bureaucracy has been a hot topic explored by theacademic and theoretical circles, the most important issue facing the government’spolitical life. At this stage of society, social development and historical progress, thepolitical system inherited from the past the face of progress and expand, people alsobegan to consider this look has been well adapted to the social development of thepolitical system to promote national and national development facing the drawbacks ofthe new era and a narrow one-sidedness. How to control the development of the organsof state power, how to ensure that citizens in the present era of environmental systemunder the most comfortable life, maintaining citizen shall have the right, and this systemcan not guarantee that the Government and the country stand in the trend of the timesinvincible, these problems are of this paper to study the most important issues.Max Weber (Max Weber, April21,1864~June14,1920), He was born inThuringia and he is a famous German political economist and sociologist, and also asignificant influence in modern society thinker, he is also the world unanimousendorsement of modern sociology and public administration, the most important one ofthe founders. Weber that differences exist in the eastern and western civilizationsdevelopment process is the influence of religion and also the development of thebureaucratic system of the Protestant ethic has far-reaching significance. In this paper,through the study and exploration of the Theory of Bureaucracy Max Weber, trying toreveal the bureaucratic system as the historical contributions made by the socialdevelopment of the political system to promote national and national development andthe value of the times reflected in the current period of development.This article is mainly described in the first chapter the basic content of the Theory ofBureaucracy Max Weber, specifically addressed the "reasonableness" and "legitimacy" tounderstand the core of the concept of the Theory of Bureaucracy Max Weber. In thesecond chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of Max Weber, Theory of Bureaucracy,from seven to analyze this theory. The third chapter explores the historical logic of thetheory of Max Weber, bureaucracy, it forms the ins and outs of understanding theemergence and development of the bureaucratic system. In the last chapter, the evaluation of the present era of Max Weber, Theory of Bureaucracy to analyze thetheoretical value and practical value of this theory, a deep understanding of the positivesignificance and negative significance of the Theory of Bureaucracy, and the inheritanceand development of philosophy.
