In this paper,through the study and exploration of the Theory of Bureaucracy Max Weber, trying toreveal the bureaucratic system as the historical contributions made by the socialdevelopment of the political system to promote national and national development andthe value of the times reflected in the current period of development.This article is mainly described in the first chapter the basic content of the Theory ofBureaucracy Max Weber, specifically addressed the "reasonableness" and "legitimacy" tounderstand the core of the concept of the Theory of Bureaucracy Max Weber.
