Social Intermediate Organization Under The Vision Of Constitutional Jurisprudence

Abstract:As a subject of the Constitutional relation, social intermediate organization is not only the depth participant in adjusting social relations by the Constitution, but also the firm maintainer of citizen rights prescribed by the Constitution. On account of playing a more and more important role in social life, the development of social intermediate organization is relating to the final idealization of human rights guaranteeing and democracy participation. Based on the analysis of the meaning, characteristics, function and the Constitutional jurisprudence position of social intermediate organization, this paper make both horizontal and longitudinal comparisons of the history of the development of social intermediate organization in order to study the predicament of social intermediate organization development and its origins. At last, with the aim of intensifying the promotion effect of social intermediate organization to human rights guaranteeing, environment of legal system, democracy participation and authority supervision, this paper puts forward remedial measures from aspects in constructing law system, modulating administration system and perfecting self-discipline system.
