In The Process Of The Evolution Of China's Political Decentralization Theory Research

In recent years, politics of development has become an emerging discipline of political science. In the world lots of Experts have do many extensive and in-depth studies on this problem of political development. Formation of rich research results, including participation in theory, power theory, cultural theory, crisis and stable theory and so on. The scholar of our country has carried a series of exploration and practice on political development since the founding of the nation. This article will focus on the problem that the power differentiation in China’s political development. In this paper, the theory of political development and power differentiation theory as a clue, using comparative analysis, citation, analysis method to explain the problems and reasons in our country’s power distribution process.A period of time before the reform and opening, our country political power is highly concentrated, the ability of social organization is poor, and lack their own operation conditions, at the same time the social showing political tendency. After reforming and opening, our country began to advance power distribution. First through the separation of the party and government, promoting the Party’s ruling capacity;secondly, the decentralization of power to promote the rapid development of China’s economy;finally through the departure of politics look forward to make clear the government functions.The achievements at the same time also exposed a lot of social problems,such as:locals’ power more and bigger, and the central control local capacity has diminished. Corruption phenomenon looks up somewhat, group events occur frequently. Analyzing these problems,the reasons are imbalance of power between central and local, the power’s constraint mechanism is not sound, and decentralization of the state and society is uneven.So the state should select some power which involve the key areas,and constantly perfect law and power’s restriction, but also should continue to promote the country to social domain authority. Through the idea of perfecting our country’s power differentiation, eventually continue to promote China’s political development.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part analysis the main topics of meaning and purpose through studying the basic theory of political development, finally explains the research methods and writing focus.Part II through the analysis of the basic theory of political development and differentiation of powers for the full text of a theory in mind.Part III focuses on china’s modes of high centralized of political power before the reform and opening up,and then our social’s characteristics.Part IV focused on analysis the efforts and results of separation of powers since the reform and opening up.Analysis the problems and causes in the differentiation of power process.Finally, the last part wills analysis the opinions and suggestions which we should to pay more in advancing China’s power differentiation.
