Objective:To study the clinical treatment effect of The hepatic and biliary elimination calculus decoction and EST treatment to the calculus (wet-heat syndrome).Methords:61 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups accorded with the place and quantity of the calculus.The 31 patient in the treated group were treated with EST and the hepatic and biliary elimination and the other 30 patients in the controlling group were treated with EST. After the operation,diminishing inflammation,transfusion and giving nasal bile duct is needed. After the first day of operation, check the serum amylase, if the serum amylase is high in the treated group. This case is eliminated as an inefficasy case. Observe the common conditions after the operation, check the hepatic function (include ALT DBILγ-GT AKP)and TG CHO HDL-C and 5 NT before the operation. One day and after 2 month of operation,cultivate the micro organism of the bile from the nasal bile duct during the operation and after the first and the seventh day of operation at 7:00,check the image after 2 month of operation.Result:The success ratio of the ERCP group and the EST group is 93.4%,54 cases(88.5%) were succeed at the first time,3 cases succeed at the second time,2 cases got the acute pancteatitis after operation,2 cases were failed during the intubatton. The treated group compared to the controlling group of all the succeed cases. The results are (1) the curative effect of the treated group was better than the controlling group.(2) the recovery time of the hepatic function in the treated group was shorter than the controlling group(p＜0.01)(3)the elimination calculus ratio of the treated group was better than the controlling group (4)the serum bilirubin vanishment time was shorter than the controlling group(p＜0.01)Conclusions:The research about the EST and the hepatic and biliary elimination calculus decoction showed that 1.promote the recovery of the hepatic function.2.stimulate the bile secretion and the bilirubin excretion. so promote the recovery of the patients.3. reduce the infection after the biliary operation.
