| ObjectiveOur Objective is to Observe the An fei yi shen capsule’s clinical curative effect on the patient of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period, and its impact on quality of life of patients,then, using the statistical methods,make a scientific evaluation, and provide basis for Chinese medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.MethodThe subjects who accord with the standard of diagnosis, into and exclusion were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group. The treatment group takes the An fei yi shen capsule in the morning and again at night. The control group inhales Seretide whose specification is50/250ug and takes aminophylline0.1g at the same time. Seretide’s method of application is a suck every time and twice a day,and aminophylline’s is twice everyday.We need3months. When the lung infection occurs, both groups can use antibiotics. We should observe the clinical curative effect, write down the lung function, record TCM syndrome integral, and finish st George’s respiratory questionnaire at the begaining and after3months. Finally, through the statistical analysis, we will make a scientific evaluation.Results1The Impaction on the clinical efficacy:The treatment group’s efficiency was40.74%, effective rate was51.85%, no efficiency by7.41%,total effective rate was92.59%, and the control group’s efficiency was16%, effective rate was60%, no efficiency by24%, total effective rate was76%. After treatment for3months, there is significant difference between the two groups than before,and there is statistically significant (P<0.05).2The Impaction on the Lung function:To a certain degree, the An fei yi shen capsule can improve the lung function in patients with severe COPD. The lung function index of FEV1, FEV1/FVC after treatment have significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.01), but,compared with the control group, there is no significant difference (P>0.05).3The Impaction on clinical symptoms:Compared with control group, the treatment group can obviously improve these symptoms just as coughing, coughing up phlegm, wheezing, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and so on (P<0.01), especially cough phlegm symptoms is improved significantly (P<0.05). After treatment for3months,the total integral decreased obviously. There is obvious difference than before treatment,(P<0.01), and the treatment group after treatment compared with the control points have significant difference (P< 0.05).4The Impaction on the quality of life:The An fei yi shen capsule can significantly improve survival quality of patients with COPD. The treatment group after treatment in patients with respiratory symptoms, limited activity, disease influence and SGRQ total integral has the remarkable difference compared with before treatment (P<0.001),and compared with the control group, each index had significant difference (P<0.05),what shows that The An fei yi shen capsule is superior to western medicine treatment in improving the quality of survival in patients with COPD.5The Impaction on Cold, lung infection and the use of antibiotic:The frequency of catching a cold to the treatment group:one time are7cases,two times are4cases and three times is1case; in the meantime, the western medicine control group:one time are7cases,two times are6cases and three times are3case. The frequency of lung infection to the treatment group:one time are2cases,and two times are2cases;meanwhile,the western medicine control group:one time are6cases,two times are2cases and three times are1case;The frequency of using antibiotics:oral antibiotics are2cases, intravenous drip of antibiotics is1case;and the western medicine control group:oral antibiotics are5cases, intravenous drip of antibiotics is2case. These show that The An fei yi shen capsule can decrease the recurrence of caught a cold, pulmonary infection meanwhile, reduce the use of antibiotics.Conclusion1To a certain degree,An fei yi shen capsule can improve lung function, and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with plateau,it has good clinical curative effect.2An fei yi shen capsule can obviously improve patients’quality of life. |
