Backgrounds:With the development of economy, the aging of population has become a social problem which cannot be ignored. Until2010, the aging population of Beijing had risen up to2.35million, which indicated that Beijing stepped into aging society pursuant to the criterion of United Nation. The aging of population not only makes the labor force slashed, restricting the development of economy, but also arises many social problems. Raised by WTO in1990, the strategy of "healthy aging" lies in settling the aging problem, taking the quality of life of aging population as the core issue.Meaning:After a comprehensive inspection,1identify that the research toward the quality of life of the aging population present following characteristic:Firstly, the limitation of the object of study:The objects are mainly focused on some specific site such as pension service agency.Secondly, the variety of evaluation methods:The scales adopted in the study are either introduced abroad or made by researcher himself, which lacks of lateral comparability. Finally, the single evaluation index for quality of life:The index used in present study reflects limited aspect, rather than embodies all of the elements of the quality of life. There are insufficient papers to evaluate the aging population of Beijing in a multiple dimension covering physiology, psychology and social relations etc. Thus, this paper adopts the WHOQOL-BREF which is widely used abroad to strengthen the lateral comparability. Objective:To study the quality of life of community aging population of Beijing and the influencing factors. Methods:Conduct inspection for analyzing the quality of life and general living condition of919aging people within Shunyi, Huairou, Fengtai, Shijingshan and Chaoyang with the WHOQOL-BREF by random cluster sampling method. Results:Through Multiple Linear Regression, those whose average is above50points account34.6%of all the community aging people of Beijing which indicates the majority of the aging population are living in low quality; The influencing factors involving:age, marital status, education level, career, source of income, medical burden, dwelling state, prevalence of chronic decease and living district. Conclusion:There are multiple factors influencing the quality of life of aging population. By this inspection, we can put forward three aspects to raise the quality of life, namely: improving the pension system, to realize "the aging population are provided with a sense of security"; raising the quality of community health services to realize "the aging population are provided with proper medical care"; Strengthen the humanistic care to realize "the aging population are provided with sense of achievement, the opportunity for pursuing knowledge and the life full of joy."...
