Shut In Big Ling God Within The Calming Nerves Of Anshen Method Acupuncture Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Trigeminal Neuralgia

[Objective] This thesis intends to make a clinical observation of trigeminal neuralgia patients from acupuncture clinic in our hospital. to validate the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia by tranquilizing acupuncture of Neiguan, Dal ing, Shenmen. and compared with routine acupuncture group and drug group. the treatment effects were quantified, objective evaluation, to observe the difference between the three groups of different therapeutic methods, and to find the benefits treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia by tranquilizing acupuncture of Neiguan, Da ling, Shenmen.[Methods]60patients meet the inclusion criteria of the study were randomly divided into3groups in average. The patients in the observation group are treated by tranquilizing acupuncture of Neiguan, Shenmen, Daling with local points acupuncture. Prescription:Neiguan, daling, Shenmen, local acupoints:pain of ophthalmic branch with sizhukong, Yangbai, Cuanzhu; maxillary neuralgia with Quanliao, Yingxiang, Xiaguan; mandibular pain with Chengjiang, Jiache, Yifeng, Xiaguan. Shallow needling, not strong stimulation, Daling, Shenmen with reinforcing method, the rest of acupuncture reinforcing-reducing. The treatment of routine acupuncture group is according to the Chinese medicine textbooks "acupuncture therapy", treatment of trigeminal neuralgia syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, main points:Sibai, Xiaguan, Dicang, Cuanzhu, Hegu, Neiting, Taichong, Neiguan, Sanyinjiao. Local acupoints:pain of ophthalmic branch with Sizhukong, Yangbai; maxillary neuralgia with Quanliao, Yingxiang; mandibular pain with Chengjiang, Jiache, Yifeng. All reinforcing-reducing. The above2groups keep acupuncture for30minutes per time, and once in two days, once a10times for a course of treatment. Administration of oral carbamazepine group: according to the patient’s condition, to the0.1g/time,3times/day; or0.2g/time,3times/day, the maximum dose does not exceed1. Og/d.All three groups were treated with cobamamide injection for2weeks. After the treatment have to score to judge the curative effect.the cured patients within the treatment should be marked with the end date. Before and after treatment the symptom integral scale (?)Tonanalysis the curative effect and benefits of the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by tranquilizing acupuncture of Neiguan, Daling, Shenmen with local points acupuncture.[Results] The3groups after treatment has obvious curative effect, the total effective rate was100%, total effective rate between the3groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). The curative rate in the observation group, normal acupuncture group, drug group are77.7%、57.9%、55.0%respectively. curative rate of these groups had no significant difference too(P>0.05). While, the observation group is better than the routine acupuncture group in reducing the degree of pain, and the adverse reaction of acupuncture was significantly less than the drug therapy.[Conclusion] Acupuncture treatment can achieve the effect of conventional western medicine treatment, The curative effect of acupuncture the Neiguan, Dal ing, Shenmen to tranquilize mind with local acupoint acupuncture is better than that of routine acupuncture therapy in reducing the degree of pain, acupuncture has obvious therapeutic effect on trigeminal neuralgia, less adverse reaction.
