Concrete evaluation index and their descriptions, however, are not unified, which makes the objective evaluation of the model and the comparison of the same syndrome models by different methods of copying has caused some difficulties. And scale assessment has the same description language, consistent and objective evaluation method, quantitative, and many other advantages, the scale method is introduced into evaluation system of the TCM syndrome model, which can make up for deficiencies in evaluation system of the current model. The research group has introduced the scale into the research of animal model, it is necessary to deal with the problem that the animal can’t communicate with language, the emotional expression of single, rest time rules and opposite difficulties, If we can solve the problem,and fabricate out of Item pool successfully, which will provide the reference value for other syndrome model. The final result of this paper is to fabricate the Rating scale of the model of chronic restraint stress rats with liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, so as to provide auxiliary tools in diagnosis of experimental rats.
