Activity Of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Joint Pain Of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment Optimization Research

Objective:â‘ Formating the scheme of the external treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine to the active stage of rheumatoid arthritis joint pain which is safe, effective and alleviate;â‘¡Comparison of sensitivity bitween rheumatoid arthritis PRO scale and ESR, CRP as a therapeutic evaluation.Method:Randomizing the active stage of rheumatoid arthritis patients, to Bixiaofang group, diclofenac diethylamine group, Chinese medicine iontophoresis group, each respectively give the Bixiaofang, diclofenac diethylamine, Bibingwaiyong2haofang, once a day. Evaluate local joint symptoms, health assessment questionnaire (HAQ) at the end of treatment; Selection of evaluation index of joint function grading, ESR, CRP, PRO and safety.Results:1. Comparison of three groups of symptoms:a comparison of the time of morning stiffness, joint pain, joint swelling number of three groups of patients before and after treatment has no significant difference.2. Comparison of VAS scores of the three groups:the overall evaluation of VAS overall assessment of disease activity score, pain score of VAS, physician patient of disease activity score before and after treatment in the three groups has no significant difference.3. Comparison of TCM symptom score and HAQ:the three groups before and after treatment has no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and HAQ score.4. Comparison of laboratory index of curative effect:the three groups of patients with CRP, ESR after treatment, there has no s igni ficant difference.5. PRO compari son:comparison of three groups of patients before and after treatment, there has no significant difference. Three groups of patients before and after treatment is the first factor, there has no significant difference. The three groups before and after treatment of second factors, there has no significant difference. Three groups of third factor after treatment, the difference was significant, Bi Xiao Fang Group had better curative effect than diclofenac diethylamine group, Chinese medicine iontophoresis group. The three groups before and after treatment of fourth factors, there has no significant d ifference.Conclusion:Bi Xiao Fang, diclofenac, iontophoresis of Chinese medicine after2weeks treatment, there was no significant difference in efficacy. The PRO scale for evaluation of curative effect has better sensitivity than ESR, CRP.
