| Objective:This project studies Tongguan pill’s effect of anti-inflammation, in vitro bacteriostasis and inhibition of ureaplasma urealyticum after chang-ing the dosage form. Tongguan extract is used as the drug being tried to preliminarily elaborate its mechanism and provide the pharmacy basis for its dosage form reformation. At the same time, it provides ideas and references for evaluation of the therapeutic effect of similar drugs treating Oviduct Obstructive Infertility and dosage form reformation.Method:Establishing the models of rats’subcutaneous granuloma caused by cotton ball, by comparing the weight of granuloma to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Tongguan pill. Study Tongguan pill’s inhibition effect of staphylococcus aureus, colibacillus, hemolytic streptococci, blastomyces albicans and ureaplasma urealyticum by using tube double dilution.Result:The high and medium dose group of Tongguan pill can inhibit proliferation of granulation tissue under the skin of rats (P＜0.01). The high dose group’s inhibition effect is equivalent to that of prednisone acetate (P＞0.05), but it has stronger inhibition effect compared to medium dose group (P＜0.01). However, the low dose group has no such inhibition effect (P＞0.05). In vitro bacteriostasis experiment proves that Tongguan pill can inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus, colibacillus and hemolytic streptococci and the MICs are12.5mg/ml,50mg/ml and100mg/ml respectively. It has no inhibition effect towards blastomyces albicans. However, it can inhibit the growth of clini-cal29strains of ureaplasma urealyticum strains and its MIC is between3.13and50mg/ml, showed moderately sensitive. Its MIC50is less than or equal to12.5mg/ml while its MIC90is less than or equal to25mg/ml. The range of azithromycin’s MIC towards UU strains is from3.91to15.63μg/ml,showed moderately sensitive too, and its MIC50is less than or equal to7.81μg/ml while its MIC90is less than or equal to15.63μg/ml. However, there are five UU strains which are resistant to azithromycin and the resistance rate is17.2%. No drug resistance is found towards Tongguan pill compared to azithromycin.Conclusion:Tongguan pill has the effect of anti-inflammation, bacteriostasis and inhibition of the growth of ureaplasma urealyticum. |
