Objective:Through the analysis of mouse spleen deficiency state in the serum IL-12, IL-4expression in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome, gastrointestinal infections with Candida albicans IL-12, IL-4expression changes, of Candida albicans infection on spleen deficiency mice serum IL-12, IL-4effect, clear spleen immunological state and candidiasis, clear spleen asthenia immunologic statue change of mice after Candida albicans susceptibility enhancement characteristics. For the clinical prevention and treatment of Candida albicans infection provides certain theory basis.Materials and methods:The experimental mice with stratified random divided into four groups, namely the normal Contrast group (group A), the model of spleen deficiency group (group B), normal infection of Candida albicans group (group C), spleen deficiency and infection of Candida albicans group (group D). The adaptive feeding after a week of mice in different groups. The bitter cold of purgative preparation model of spleen deficiency model mice, after the success of model of spleen deficiency model mice, given C group and D group of mice in Candida albicans, experiment twenty-second day, every other day from each group in a random sample of5mice (i.e.:22days,24days,26days,28days,30days), for the detection of targets, including serum IL-12and IL-4content, Candida albicans intestinal mucosal surface adhesion counting. Experiment twenty-eighth days each randomly selected from10mice to detect its intraperitoneal phagocytes in Candida albicans ability.Results:1.The content of IL-12in serum of mice:compared with normal group, the model of spleen deficiency group in experiment22,24,26,28days had statistical significance (P<0.05), normal infection of Candida albicans in experiment group22,24,26,28,30days had statistical significance(P <0.05), spleen infected white beads bacteria groups in experiment22,24,26days had statistical significance(P<0.05). With spleen deficiency model group compared with normal group, infection of Candida albicans in experiment22,24,26,28,30days had statistical significance (P<0.05), infection of Candida albicans in experimental spleen deficiency group22,24,26,28days had statistical signif icance(P<0.05). Infection of Candida albicans and normal comparison group, with infection of Candida albicans in experiment group22,24,26,28,30days had statistical signif-icance(P<0.05).2. The content of IL-4in serum of mice:compared with normal group, the model of spleen deficiency group in experiment22,24,26days had statist-cal significance (P<0.05), normal infection of Candida albicans in experiment group26,28,30days had statistical significance (P<0.05), deficiency of infection of Candida albicans in experiment22,24,26,28,30days had statistical significance(P<0.05). With spleen deficiency model group compared with normal group, infection of Candida albicans in experiment22,24,26,28,30days had statistical significance (P<0.05), infection of Candida albicans in experimental spleen deficiency group26,28,30days had statistical significance (P<0.05). Infection of Candida albicans and normal comparison group, with infection of Candida albicans in experiment group22,24,26,28,30days had statistical signif-icance (P<0.05).3. Spleen deficiency group infection of Candida albicans and Normal infection of Candida albicans group, The intestinal mucosal surface of Candida albicans adhesion countin experiment26,28,30days have stati-stical significance (P<0.05).4. Mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of Candida albicans capab-ility:model of spleen deficiency group compared with the normal group had statistical significance(P<0.05), normal infection of Candida al-bicans group and normal group, model group compared with statistical significance (P<0.05), spleen deficiency and infection of Candida al-bicans group and normal group, model group, normal infection of spleen deficiency Candida albicans groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Early in the serum of mice with spleen deficiency increased IL-12expression, in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome, infection of Candida albicans, IL-12expression was inhibited.2. Early in the serum of mice with spleen deficiency increased IL-4expression, in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome, infection of Candida albicans, IL-4continued high expression state.3. Spleen deficiency can enhanced of Candida albicans in the mouse gastrointestinal mucosal adhesion.4. Spleen deficiency can make mouse phagocyte phagocytosis of Candida albicans to reduce.
