Objective:To observe the effect of JingJIn acupuncture therapy method treating the impaired fine activities of the hand by stroke in convalescent periodMethod:50patients in accordant with the inclusive criteria are divided into observation group and control group. Using JingJIn acupuncture to observation group and BaXie acupoint to control group. Both groups are given primary treatment,rehabilitation therapy, traditional and routine acupuncture. Taking ten days as one clinical course,observation is two courses. Their Lindmark score, Brunnstrom level, range of motion and BI index score were observed and analyzed comparatively.Results:1. After treatment, the score of Lindmark, Motor coordination ability score and sensory score,Brunnstrom level,the range of motion increase obviously, differences were significant (P<0.01) before and after treatment within group;The score in observation group increased more than that in control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05)2. After treatment, the score of BI index score increase obviously, differences were significant (P<0.01) before and after treatment within group; Difference between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions: 1、JingJIn acupuncture and BaXie acupoint treating the impaired fine activities of the hand by stroke in convalescent period can increase the coordinating ability of movement and sensory function, Brunnstrom level and the range of motion but JingJIn acupuncture better.2、JingJIn acupuncture and BaXie acupoint treating the impaired fine activities of the hand by stroke in convalescent period can increase the total capacity of living,but Both showed similar efficacy.To sum up, JingJIn acupuncture therapy method can effectually improve the impaired fine activities of the hand by stroke in convalescent period with clinical use value.
