Purpose：Compare the clinical efficacy of combined therapy of the traditionalChinese and Western medicine and therapy of Western medicine for remission stageof RA by analyzing and summarizing the clinical data of80cases of RA, and explorethe role of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of RA in remissionstage.Material and method： Adopt randomized block and comparison.80patientsof RA in the remission stage are divided into two groups,40in treatment groupand40in comparison group. The comparison group take orally with leflunomidetablet, the treatment group take the leflunomide tablet as well as the decoctionfor regulating Liver, tonifying Kidney, strengthening the spleen and eliminatingdampness. The treatment period of the two groups is6months.Results：Compare the healing effect of the two groups; the total effectiverate of the treatment group is92.50%, the total effective rate of the comparisongroup is75.50%, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05), thehealing effect of the treatment group is better than that of comparison group.Conclusion：Use the Chinese traditional decoction for regulating Liver,tonifying Kidney, strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness with theleflunomide tablet can improve the clinical healing effect, improve the clinicalsymptoms, prevent relapse and is worth widely used.
