Tiaozhi Party Type With Simvastatin Therapy To Change The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:To observe the effection of soothing liver and strengthening spleen treatment to the liver depression and spleen deficiency of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,further discuss themechanism of the method,and lay a solid foundation for exploring a new and effective treatment and safety of liver depression and spleen deficiency of the liver fatty.Method:Divide the63cases infection with liver fatty into groups such as treatment group and control group which using the same basic treatment such as exercise and control diet.Using the Traditional Chinese medicine "Tiao zhi fang" for the treatment group of one day one package divide into three times and Simvastatin1Omg/day; Using the peroral Simvastatin10mg/day for the control group. In general treatment time is three months.Observe the effects of the treatment, including clinical symptoms、 the function of live、 lipid levels、 color doppler ultrasound images、 and safty targets.Result:To compare with control group, hypochondriac pain abdominal distension、 anorexia、 loose stool of treatment group have markedly improved after three months treatment. The total effective rate of treatment group is86.67%; The total effective rate of control group is70%.Clinical symptoms of treatment group (weight、 liver function、 color doppler ultrasound images) have markedly improved compared with control group;But the lipid levels is not.Safety of the medicine before and after treatment in blood,urine,stool routine,electrocardiogram,renal function showed that the "Tiao zhi fang" without adverse reactions,better safety.Conclusion:soothing liver and strengthening spleen treatment has a highly effective such as improvement in clinical symptoms,liver function,and changing in color doppler ultrasound images.
