= Extraction Technology And Its Combined Radiotherapy On Lewis Lung Carcinoma In Mice The Researches On The Mechanism Of The Efficiency, Reduce Side Effects

Danshen has platelet aggregation-inhibited effect, anti-coagulation effect, and radio-sensitization effect. The extraction process of Danshensu was researched in the first half of this subject to enhance the content of active ingredients. This planted a hidden danger for tumor recurrence and metastasis. As a commonly used blood circulation drug, its clinical combination applications with radiotherapy are common, but its function mechanism is rarely reported. Whether radio-sensitization is realized through reducing mRNA expression of HIF-1α and enhancing the oxygen pressure of tumor cells? This need further experimental test. In the latter half of this study, to achieve radiosensitization, the combination application effect of radiation and Danshen injection was observed, the HIF-1α mRNA expression and VEGF concentration in tumor cells and other indicators were detected, the microvessel density of tumor was observed, then the hypoxic state of solid tumors was improved and the kill ratio of radiation to solid tumors was enhanced.
