Basin Of Anti-inflammatory Pill Treatment Solution Urea Mycoplasma Infection Of Clinical Observation And Experimental Study In Vitro

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Pen Yan Wan on treatment of the patients infected with Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU) and in vitro antibacterial activity of strains of Ureaplasma Urealyticum.[Methods] Clinical observation:60cases female patients who shoued Ureapiasma Urealyticum (UU) are stochastically divided into treatment group (that treated with Pen Yan Wan) and cuntrol group (that treated with Azithromycin capsules).The treatment course is14days.The two groups are given3treatment courses.Compared with two groups of curative effects and the improvement sitiations of clinical symptoms, signs and Vagina clear fineness.Vitro experiment:Transfering the Uu strains in the culture medium from microorganisms room of the clinical laboratory. Waking and passaging the serum standard freeze-dried strains, the thrid generation would be used in the experiment.Pen Yan Wan would be dissolved in distilled water and boiled to sterilization,and Azithromycin injection would be diluted in sterilized distilled water.Pen Yan Wan solution and the dilution of azithromycin respectively woule be used in vitro susceptibility experiment of clinical isolated and standard strains.Observing the inhibition of Pen Yan Wan and Azithromycin to UU, and measuring the MIC value Yan Wan.[Result] Clinical observation, comprehensive curative effect:The total effective rate of treatment group is83.3%,control group’s is89.7%,two groups of medicines have the similar curative effect (P>0.05);curative effect of TCM symptom:The total effective rate of treatment group is96.67%,control group’s is82.8%,the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group (P<0.05).And that the treatment group are better than the control in the improvement of clinical symptoms,vaginal cleanliness and adjustment of the vaginal flora.Vitro experiment,comprehensive curative effect:The total effective rate of treatment group is100control group’s is68.42%,the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group (P<0.05).The MIC value of Pen Yan Wan to clinical isolated strains is0.54-68.68mg/ml,to standara strains (UU-9and UU-12),the MIC value are4.3mg/ml,34.39mg/ml.[Conclusion] From the clinical and vitro experiment study, Pen Yan Wan is proved of being effective on treatment of Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection. It is bettt than Clarithromycin in improvement of the clinical and TCM symptom, and it is used safely with no adverse reaction, also can adjust the vaginal flora. It is worth further widely using on clinical.
