| Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronically systemic autoimmune disease which is characterized by joint synovitis.In clinical. The mian Symptoms of RA appeare as symmetrical polyarthritis. Thay can cause Multi-organ and multi-system damage which damae the patient’s health,reduce their quality of life. Many patients with rheumatoid arthritis can not work at last. At present, the etiology and athogenesis of Rheumatoid arthritis have not be well studied, o there still have been insufficient for effective therapy or drugs to cure RA Thoroughly. Now,Controling inflammation, relieving pain, reducing unnecessary adverse reactions, protecting the joint and muscle function and improving quality of life, are the main purpose of the treatment. Medical therapy is the main way of cure RA,if necessary, corrective surgical treatment is necessary.The side effects of western medicine can not be eliminated, and Chinese medicine pharmacology is in depth study, so the treatment of RA with Chinese medicine attracts more and more attention.Now there is a wide variety of Chinese patent medicine in the clinical treating,but the coverage of single Chinese patent medicine, which is lack of relevance to different types of patients,is not widely, so the clinical effect is not great. The traditional Chinese medicine decoction made up this inadequate and shows obvious advantages.This paper derives from the study of the rheumatoid arthritis cases Meeting the requirements,and is under the guidance of the mentor Professor He Houfu, According to the many years of clinical experience,my mentor creates the Yishenhuoxue Juanbi decoction that derives from Yishenhuoxue method. As to this paper,it can be divided into two parts:literature summarization and clinical study. In the section of literature summarization,it contactsRA with arthralgia.And it covers the nonaggressive,evolution,etiology, pathogenesis and Differential Treatment of RA according to the Chinese Medical scientists in different historical periods. It covers the new researches of the modern Chinese Medical scientists too. As the same time,it covers the etiology,pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and research in recent exhibitions of RA accordingto the theories of Western medicine. In clinical research component,48patients were randomly divided into two groups, exposure group and control group. The patients in the exposure group were treated with the created prescription and "Fufang Xiatianwu Pian" was given to patients in the control group. After the treating process, researchers observed and recorded the data of syndromes and symptoms, physical signs, ranks of joints function and chemical tests, then compared the data in the same group before and after treatment and between two groups at the same stage, used statistics method, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups.The results show that Yishenhuoxuejuanbi Decoction and FuFang Xiatianwu Pian is all good for RA patients in the major clinical symptoms, signs, joint functional class, and ESR, RF, CRP indicators.As well as Huoxuetongbi Decoction is superior to Chinese formulated products-Fufang Xiatianwu Pian in overall efficacy.In the evolution of impediment disease, blood stasis is the main pathogenic factor,cold staging, dampness blocking, dryness and fire damaging blood all can lead to blood stasis. Loss of curing, most likely to hurt the kidney, or caused by kidney deficiency, or by the kidney yin deficiency, or Kidney yang deficiency, or caused by kidney yin and yang deficiency. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis result in impediment disease together. According to the method of Yi Shen Huo Xue and Tong Jing Huo Luo, my mentor creates the Yi shen huo xue Juan bi decoction to cure RA. In the course of treatment, the study have different approaches to different patients,for example:Bu Gan,jian Pi,Bu Fei,Qu Feng San Han,Qing Re HuaShi,HuaTanQuZhuo,these methods Significantly reduced the clinical symptoms of patients with joint and muscle pain, also significantly improved limb function activities. |
