| This thesis consists of literature review and clinical trial report. The former relates to theories about etiology and pathogenesis of neurodermatitis throughout history, and therapies of Chinese medicine and modern medicines. The later aims at discussing the effectiveness and security of Ganshi Qingdai Onitment curing of neurodermatitis, observing the medium-term and long-term outcomes of external treatment for neurodermatitis whose pathogenesis is pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI, and establishing evaluation system about the Chinese medical external treatment for neurodermatitis.Methods:This clinical trial is from April30th,2010to June30th,2011. Experimental subjects who were diagnosed with neurodermatitis characterized by pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI, come from the Dong Zhimen Hospital. The40subjects’scores about shape and size of sink lesion, the degree of itch and anxiety and Chinese medical syndromes have been assessed objectively. Put all subjects into control group and treatment group.. Use randomized, double-blind, double simulation, positive drugs method. Patients divided into the treatment group and control group in23cases and17cases. The treatment group use Ganshi Qingdai Onitment while the control group use Hydrocortisone Butyrate stimulant. All subjects have been observed for4weeks and followed for3months. And then process statistical analysis. Use the statistical software SPSS16.0and general T-testã€x2test and Wilcoxon test.Results:Both groups are effective in decreasing area of lesions relieving sensation of icth and changing color of eruption. The overall efficacy of the two groups is similar, There is not statistically different between two groups. The incidence of relapse and efficacy of relieving itching in treatment group are better than those in control goup.Conclusion:The result of Ganshi Qingdai Onitment treating neurodermatitis was similar to Hydrocort isone Butyrate. This cream has obvious relieving itching effect which is better than Hydrocortisone Butyrate. |
