Objective:Diabetes foot ulcer with serious disability which bring the body and psychological burden, and the infection is the primary factors caused amputation. The poor blood glucose control and immune function defects of diabetes patients cause people to drop resistance, more likely to lead to foot infection, and further aggravating illness development, to effectively control the infection can obviously improve the prognosis, reducing amputation rate and mortality rate. This study through the dongzhimen hospital during2007and2012,74cases of patients with diabetes foot ulcer wound bacteria cultures and secretion of drug sensitive test retrospectie analysis, this paper discusses the common bacterium group and related medicine sensitivity of the diabetic foot infection wound. Thus it can be useful to choos sensitive antibiotics for clinical treatment of diabetic foot ulcers infection, and to enhance clinical curative effect, reduce the amputation and patients with the risk of death.Methods:After screening, I chose74patients of diabetes foot Wanger classification level1~5patients into standard from Beijing dongzhimen hospital in September2007to February2012. Using the information acquisition were related to and analysis the related data, in order to understand the dongzhimen hospital infection in patients with diabetes foot microorganism cultivation of drug sensitive bacteria and related, summarize the relevant conclusions, guiding the clinical experience antibiotic use, improve the clinical treatment effect.Results:The statistical analysis results of the data collected, microorganism culture results show that in74patients with infective diabetes foot patients, there were54male patients, accounting for72.97%, female patients with20cases, accounting for24.03%of the total number of patients.74patients with an average age of67.31±9.71699years, and the diabetes course with an average age of14.5±7.44747years, from7days to30years differ, but in more than10years. Diabetes foot course in1day to4years already, include acute infections and long-term chronic infection patients. Diabetes foot Wagner from grade1to grade level4dollars.
