| Purpose:To Summarize the understanding and unique experience of Chinese medicine treatment of director Peiyu Zhang about malignant lymphoma and provide new ideas of clinical treatment about this disease.Methods:①To summarize the current situation of modern physicians’ understanding about the Disease Name, the etiology and pathogenesis, the location of disease, the syndrome differentiation and treatment, as well as the special prescription and medicines through the literature retrieval of modern physicians about malignant lymphoma related discusses.②Summarized the tutor’s unique idea about the above malignant lymphoma and its traditional Chinese medicine treatment according to the outpatient service and went the rounds of the wards with the tutor and knowledges taught by the tutor in the past two years.Results:Through the review,I found that morden physicians’understanding about malignant lymphoma is completing,but it is still inadequate about the Disease Name, the etiology and pathogenesis, the location of disease, the Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment and modern research. The main problems is that therer is no enough research into ancient documents. Modern research focus on modern pharmacology and mechanisms.All the things mentioned above has no role in promoting in this field about Chinese medicine.PeiYu Zhang engaged in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumor thirty years. He has rich clinical experience in The Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumor, especially about malignant lymphoma, glioma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and thyroid carcinoma.He has a set of perfect differentiation ideas and methods about malignant lymphoma.①From the angle of philology analytical, it can enrich the understanding of malignant lymphoma.②Etiology of malignant lymphoma is deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, and fire toxin. The pathogenesis is that deficiency leads to phlegm and blood stasis. And then the fire toxin combineds with phlegm and blood stasis. Finally deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, and fire toxin lead to malignant lymphoma.③Heart, liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney are the location of disease.④About malignant lymphoma, knowing the mainly etiology and the location of disease, knowing the emergency and could treat it in a right time, choosing a different method to treat it by time and seasons, is very important. Fire toxin is the main etiology when the disease is deteriorating, heart and fire must be cull quick. Blood stasis is mostly because of blood deficiency,so it is better to nourish the blood and promoting blood circulation. Deficiency is the kickpoint, it decides whether the patient could go better or worse, the earlier treatment will be the better for patient. The treatment about deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, and fire toxin must be in right time. Moreover, spleen is a important factor. Because spleen can restrain water and fire, meanwhile, produce blood.⑤Summarizing efficient special prescription and medicines, considering that Wuhaiyujin pill, Wuweixiaodu decoct ion, menshigutan pill, Yang-Harmonizing Decoction, Zaojia pill have effective curative effect in treating malignant lymphoma. The main prescription which is used to treat subsidiary reaction of chemotherapy and radiotherapy are Liujunzi Decoction, Siwu Decoction and Erchen Decoction. Calculus bovis is better to control the fire toxin, and Banxia, Baijiezi, Zaojia, Mangxiao, Walengzi, Shancigu, Xiakucao, Chixiaodou are all better for malignant lymphoma.Conclusion:Director PeiYu Zhang has engaged in medical work for thirty years wi th cons ider ing the old saying in 《neijing》" Doctor should known about astronomy, geography, interpersonal learn" is right.
