Controlled drugs and dosage:placebo,0.5g/each piece,4tablets each time, three times a day, oral8weeks.The research process arrange five times supervision,and heal cases follow-up4weeks.All the statistics test adopt double side inspection.Pvalue is less than or equal to0.05which will be considered a statistical significance.The description of quantitative index calculation, mean, standard deviation, number of digits, minimum and maximum.
