| In this study, a genetic map of sugar beet was constructed with SRAP markers andSSR markers using a map population consisting of112F2individuals derived from thecross of JV34-2and2B023. The genetic map provides an important base of informationin quantitive trait loci (QTL) of sugar beet and marker-assisted selection breeding. Theresults are as following:(1)56SRAP primer pairs and19SSR primers, which could show high polymorphismbetween JV34-2and2B023,were screened out from561SRAP primer pairs and114SSR primers.(2)56SRAP primer pairs and19SSR primers generated145polymorphic bands inthe map population analysis. These polymorphic bands contain126SRAP markers and19SSR markers.(3) Chi-square test was used to analyze these polymarphic bands. The result indicated28SRAP markers and3SSR markers exhibited distorted segregation. The ratio ofdistorted segregation are22.22%and15.79%.(4) Accounting by mapmaker3.0and icimapping3.1,a genetic linkage map wasconstructed, which distributed in ten linkage groups and consisted of112geneticmakers, containing97SRAP markers and15SSR makers, with an average distance of10.17cM between markers. The length of linkage group is between49.86cM and232.69cM and the total length of map is1139.89cM. |
