The lead frame as a key part of integrated circuithas. Cu-Ni-Si alloy as lead frame has not only high electricaland thermal conductivity, but also it has no magnetism, it has been greatly developed in recent years and is widely used in integrated circuits.In this study, three different contents alloy which are Cu-2.28Ni-0.67Si,Cu-2.22Ni-0.73Si andCu-2.34Ni-0.58Si are studied the processing technics and property. The ignots are hot rolled, hot rolled strips are soluted. Not only analysis microstructure, XRD patterns and of alloy as solution at800℃,850℃,900℃in1h but also analysis hardness and conductivity of alloy as aging afrer solution with no roll to choice feasibly temperatures of solution treatment. Do many research experiments that hot roll, cold roll and different ageing temperature, ageing time affecting on structure and property of Cu-Ni-Si alloy. Obtaine the best processing technics which achieve the expect objective.And softening temperature and corrosion resistance in acid medium was studied the results show that:As for as three different Cu-Ni-Si alloy concerned, the temperature of hotrolling is870℃, time is1hour. The temperature of solution is850℃, time is1hour. Then by about60%cold deforming for aging, agingtemperature is500℃,time is8hour. The vickers hardness can achieve up165HV,164HV,172HV;the electric conductivity can achieve30.4%IACS,31.2%IACS,31.5%IACS;the tensile strength can achieve510MPa,503MPa,564Mpa and the elongation can achieve19.8%,16.8%,17.5%,achieve the expect objective.NiSi and Ni3Si plays the strengthening role in the alloy.The softening temperature at650℃~700℃of the alloy which meet the requirements, The corrosion resistance of the alloy in acidic medium express goodly, Efect of ageing temperature and time on corrosion resistanceof the alloy is obviously when the temperature is high and time is long. The corrosion rate of alloy in acid medium is rising with temperature rising and time prolonging and rise when ageing.The mathematic model for average grains size is D2=66.38+446062.5te-10500/Twhich Cu-Ni-Si alloy annealed at700℃~800℃holding2~10hours as cold roll after ageing at500℃for8hours.
