The Research On Palace Poem In The High Tang Dynasty

There were many activities of Palace Poem in the high Tang Dynasty, and the number of the Palace Poem,which has been preserved by now is also large. Early in the era of Kaiyuan, the palace was once in the center of the Parnassus, attracted the attention of people and had enormous influence.This is an important literary phenomenon in the history of Chinese, which is worthy of much attention. Therefore, this dissertation stematieally studies the Palaee Poem of the high Tang Dynasty from four four aspects, including the rise and fall of the Palace Poem of the high Tang and politics of the high Tang, the content and theme of the poem of the Tang court, the new change of style of the Tang court poetry and the status of the Palaee Poem in the history of literatureThis thesis is organized via applicable chapters as follows:Introduction. This section consists of an introduction to the topic, the definition of the Palace Poem, the achievements and deficiencies in the current academic research and the problem statement on filling the gap to improve the systematic research of the Palace Poem of High Tang.The body part is divided into four chapters.Chapter1. This part mainly discusses the relationship between the rise and fall of the Palace Poem of the high Tang and politics of the era, by the silence of court poetry early in the era of Kaiyuan, Zhang Yue’s being the Prime minister and the prosperity of the Tang court poetry, Zhang Jiuling and the continuous developmentof palace poetry of the High Tang Dynasty, the decline of the court poetry late in the High Tang Dynasty.Chapter2. This section discusses the feast poems, recreational poems, inspecting poems, farewell poems respectively so as to explore the similarities and differences in the content of the High Tang court poetry and the early Tang court poetry.The feast poems and recreational poems continue the previous generation’s tradition of court poetry, but the content is more substantial, and reflects the new atmosphere and flavor of the times. Compared with the times of Zhenguan, there are more t inspecting poetry in the High Tang Dynasty, in which the hardship of the ancestors’entrepreneurial was reviewed and reflection on the history was also espressed by the emperor Li Longji and his subjects around him.Farewell poem is the most unique kind of poems of the High Tang court poetry. The creation of such poetry is related to the complex social environment and political background.Chapter3. The new changes of the poetic style of the High Tang palace poem are discussed in this part. The new changes are prominently as follows:entertainment’s dissipating; a considerable part of poetry with the fierce strength of character; some poetry mood having perfect integration; the poetry of reign monarch showing the tendency of popularization, which played the role of demonstration and open atmosphere of Sheng Tang’s arrival.Tang court as the center of the Parnassus in the early era of Kaiyuan, the relationgship between the change of the aesthetic trend and the loss of court poets center position, the limitations of the Palace Poem in the high Tang Dynasty.The high Tang Dynasty Tang court poetry still has its limitations compared with the real Sheng Tang poems. However, that poets overcome the deficiencies of the Tang court poetry finally obtained the achievements of its timeless charm.In short, in the link of transition from early tang poems to the high tang poetry, the court of tang dynasty have played an important role, deserving the attention of people, and its value should be evaluated.
