The Clinical Study On The Therapeutic Action Of Zhuang Yao Tong Bi Capsules To Lumbar Disc Herniation (Insufficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

[Objective] To study on the therapeutic action of Zhuang Yao Tong Bi capsules to lumbar disc herniation[Method] Use the single-blind randomized controlled trial design approach to select 60 cases patients, aged 35-55 years old,the, who are consistent with the Western diagnosis standards of lumbar disc herniation and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of insufficiency of liver and kidney, are divided into two groups:the treatment group and the comparison group.The treatment group contains 30 cases that are treated with Zhuang Yao Tong Bi capsules,and the comparison group contains 30 cases that are treated with Jing Yao Kang capsules.The treatment course lasts 4 weeks,which is to compare with the two groups of low back pain、lower extremity numbness、walking situation、scoliosis、paravertebral tenderness、straight leg raising、and achilles tendon reflex, knee-jerk reflex, pathological reflex etc. [Result] After treatment, both the treatment group and the comparision group,TCM Syndrome-like integral change compared with those treatment before, the difference has statistical significance. Comprehensive curative effect:The treatment group has 86.7% in effect. The comparison group has 80.0% in effect.The effect of the treatment group is obviously better than the comparison group(When p<0.05).Both the zhuang Yao Tong Bi capsules and Jing Yao Kang capsules can improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation and insufficiency of liver and kidney.But the effect of the Zhuang Yao Tong Bi capsules is obviously better than the Jing Yao Kang capsules.[Conclusion]:Zhuang Yao Tong Bi capsule has a function of replenishing blood for softening liver、invigorating liver and kidney、promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis、dredging channels and rlieving pain. It is an effective medicine of improving the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation and insufficiency of liver and kidney. It is simple, safe, non-toxic side effects, no significant adverse reaction occurred, it is worth further research and clinical generalization.
