The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation On Iga Nephropathy Helper T Lymphocytes Lymphocyte Subsets

Objective:By observing the IgA nephropathy patients before and aftertreatment, traditional Chinese medicine, TCM Hou integral clinicalindicators and peripheral blood IFN-γ and IL-4levels, and toexplore the peripheral blood of patients with IgA nephropathyThl/Th2imbalance situation, in order to clarify Herbs on IgAnephropathy helper T lymphocyte subsets and evaluation of theefficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on IgA nephropathyprovide references.Methods:Select from June2011to January2013at the HeilongjiangAcademy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nephrology clinic anddiagnosed by biopsy in45patients with primary IgA nephropathy,in accordance syndromes are divided into three groups of15people.By flow cytometry treatment group and control group patientswith IFN-γ and IL-4levels, while observing the course of thedisease, urine RBC,24h urinary protein, serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate and other clinical data were statisticallyanalyzed.Results:1.Credit assessment of renal tissue Katafuchi Show:liver-kidney Yin Deficiency type semi-quantitative points higherthan the semi-quantitative points higher than spleen deficiency typesemi-quantitative points.2.Clinical judgment: IgAN patients with syndrome type ofTCM syndrome score after treatment than before treatment significantly reduced. urine RBC,24h urinary protein, serumcreatinine, glomerular filtration rate improved significantlycompared to before treatment and safe with no adverse reactions.3.Helper T lymphocyte cell factor: IgAN patients treated groupcompared with the control group blood IFN-γ levels were notsignificantly different, IL-4significantly different levels, namelyIL-4levels higher than the control group, IgA nephropathy patientsThl/Th2imbalance. Treated three groups of patients beforetreatment after treatment compared with IL-4levels in peripheralblood were significantly different. The blood IFN-γ levels were notsignificantly different.Conclusions:1.IgAN both spleen and kidney, Qi and Yin deficiency, liverand kidney yin deficiency syndrome pathological changes graduallyworsened.2.IgAN TCM after the type of treatment can significantlyimprove the clinical symptoms. IgA nephropathy and reduce thesymptom score, reduce urinary RBC and24h urinary protein, lowerserum creatinine, increased glomerular filtration rate and safe withno adverse reactions.3.IgAN patients with elevated levels of IL-4, the performanceof Th2dominant, there Thl/Th2imbalance. TCM type of treatmentcan effectively reduce blood levels of IL-4, correcting theimbalance between Thl/Th2.
