The cases were from our hospital. Diagnosis and classification using the latest Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine of Dermatology Professional Committee pigment disease study group revised the of vitiligo clinical classification and efficacy standards vitiligo patients divided into vitiligo vulgaris and stage type. Into stage type (13cases) and vitiligo vulgaris (28cases) of the38patients with vitiligo. This result indicates that cellular immunity be involved in the pathogenesis of vitiligo. 2.Halo nevus lesions at CD207was highly expressed.Compared with vitiligo group, the epidermis and dermis of halo nevus CD207expression were increased. Its shows that the cellular immunity of Langerhans cells are involved in the pathogenesis of halo nevus. |
