Bronchopneumonia is invading pathogens,after respiratory inflammation along the spread to tracheal or bronchial alveolar,fever,cough,wheeze,widespread rales is four main clinical symptoms, is the most common childhood pneumonia type,more be founded in infants and young children,is also the leading cause of death in them.The disease can happen all the year round,especially happens in winter,spring and climate change.Living crowded,poorly ventilated,air pollution,pathogenic microorganism are prone to bronchopneumonia[1].The high incidence and mortality of infantile bronchopneumonia brought great pain and give children with children family caused heavy mental and economic burden.ObjectiveTo analysis of the influencing factors may lead to children with bronchopneumonia hospitalization duration extension.MethodsStudy the457investigated patients who with children bronchopneumonia (excluding with congenital heart diseases or immune deficiency diseases and so on Serious coexist disorders) and were discharged recovery in2011in the pediatric medicine of the third affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university,collect the influencing factors related with hospitalization duration; And analysis Logistics regression using the SPSS17.0statistical software.ResultsAll cases observed shows that the influencing factors of the length of stay of children with bronchopneumonia are:the children admission illness weight, fever days after admission, the course of disease outside the hospital,the age of the ill children.ConclusionThe influence factors of prolonged length of stay in children with bronchopneumonia except children illness, age small on admission, there are fever days after admission long, the course of disease outside the hospital long.
