| Objective:Observation on the adjustment and clinical efficacy of massage andacupuncture in blood lipid metabolism of chronic fatigue syndrome typed liverstagnation and spleen deficiency, offering new theoretical basis to treatment ofchronic fatigue syndrome. Methods:Sixty patients, diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome typed liverstagnation and spleen deficiency, were randomly divided30cases in eachgroup. After statistics processing, the patients in two groups have no obviousdifference in age, gender, course of disease and clinical symptoms, thedifference was statistically significant(P>0.05), which is in line with theprinciple of randomized control. The group treated with acupuncture andmassage to take the back-shu-point of five organs in the first lateral line ofbladder meridian (Back-shu point of the longã€Back-shu point of the Heartã€Back-shu point of the Liveã€Back-shu point of the Spleed and back-shu pointof the Kidney on both sides), to insert obliquely the needle tip into0.8cun inthe direction of channel line, and to keep the needle in30minutes, Tomanipulate the needle once every10minutes with the acid bilges for the degree. And then along back Bladder Channel of Foot-Taiyang, using rolling, rubbing, pressing, pushing, etc. with the moderate strength based on thecomfort sense of patients. The whole process would last about20minutes.While the other group only were acupunctured in back-shu-point of fiveorgans,To take the back-shu-point of five organs in the first lateral line ofbladder channel, to insert obliquely the needle tip into0.8cun in the directionof meridian line, and retained the needles for50minutes and were manipulatedthe needle once every10minutes.The patients were treated once every otherday and10times as one course, and there were three days between2courses.After2courses of treatment, testing the therapeutic effect. Using FatigueScale before and after the treatment to grade the results and detect patients’changes in blood lipid levels. To compare the effect before and after thetreatment in one group; compare the effect between the two groups and tomake statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of overall curative effect: After2courses of treatment, the30patients treated by Acupuncture and massage,8cases cured,15casesmarkedly effective,6cases effective and ineffective in1case, and the totaleffective rate was96.67%; Meanwhile, the other30patients treated byacupuncture purely:4cases cured,9cases markedly effective,11caseseffective and ineffective in6cases, and the total effective rate was80.0%.TheDifference on the total effective rate before and after the treatment hadstatistical significance(P<0.05);and the total effective rate of treatment groupwas higher than that of control group.2.The integral change of Fatigue Scale-14and Self-assessmentdepression Scale: after the treatment, both of the integral of Fatigue Scale-14and Self-assessment depression Scale is lowered than before; after thetreatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);and efficacy comparison of all the patients in two groups, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).3. Blood lipid changes: After the treatment, blood lipid of the all thepatients in two groups was decreased, and the difference on before and afterthe treatment was statistically significan(P<0.05); the difference on thereduced level of blood lipid between the two groups was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05),and The group treated with acupuncture and massagewas superior to the other group.Conclusion:1.Both Acupuncture and massage have therapeutic effect on ChronicFatigue Syndrome Typed Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency;2.On the improvement of the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue SyndromeTyped Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency, combining acupuncture withmassage is obviously superior to the pure Acupuncture treatment.3.Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Typed Liver Stagnation and SpleenDeficiency has certain correlation with body lipid metabolism. |
