Clinical Study Of The Decoction In The Treatment Of YI QI SHENG TI TANG

ObjectiveTo discuss the crisis of myasthenia gravis (MG) in the etiologyand pathogenesis, and observe the clinical therapeutic effectof yi qi sheng ti tang and ascending Decoction on MG, prove thesafety and efficacy of yi qi sheng ti tang in the treatment ofMG.MethodSelected met the inclusion of myasthenia gravis (MG standard)of60patients, were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group, each group of30cases. The control group wastreated with prednisone:60mg-80mg, daily early morning mealfor1times, the symptoms can be gradually reduced to arelatively low maintenance dose (oral alternate-day5-15mg/day). Olfactory pyridostigmine:60mg/time,4times/day,according to the patients to determine the specific dosage;foundation treatment group in the above treatment, be yi qisheng ti tang oral decoction, daily1agent. Treatment of twogroups was8weeks, assessment of change in the two groups, thescore of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of absolutescores before and after treatment, and the results wereanalyzed by SPSS17.0software, the treatment group and controlgroup, treatment effect. ResultBy statistical analysis, the treatment group and the controlgroup before treatment in general information, including sex,age, before treatment symptom score and symptom score were ofno significant difference, comparable. After treatment in twogroups were detected safety index showed no obviousabnormalities; two groups of symptoms and TCM Syndrome Scalescore than before treatment were decreased; and the TCMSyndrome Scale score compared with the control group, thedifference was significant, with statistical significance, thetreatment group was significantly lower than that of thecontrol group, with statistical significance.ConclusionThe pathogenesis of MG of spleen deficiency, phlegm and bloodstasis, fine not deck. The clinical results suggest that thecombination of Chinese traditional and Western medicinetreatment can obviously improve clinical symptoms of patientswith myasthenia gravis, curative effect is better than that ofthe control group of Western medicine treatment of myastheniagravis. In improving the TCM symptoms of patients treated withwestern medicine is better than western medicine group, and theside effect is small, is safe and effective in the treatmentof myasthenia gravis.
