Introduction:Of skeletal muscle chronic injury in athletes, sports enthusiasts, the incidence ratehas been at a high level, desmin important protein in skeletal muscle repair process,desmin expression in skeletal muscle injury law can prevent exercise-induced musclechronicimportant basis for the arrangement of the injury, is also a sports trainingcycle.Through animal experiments in the study of adult rabbits after high-intensityrunning and jumping movement caused by the motion of chronic skeletal muscleinjury model to explore the process of damage desmin expression pattern, this law canbe used as a sports training cycle arrangements as well as the prevention of sportsinjuriesimportant basis; comparison between the control group and drug interventiongroups and training, combined with horizontal contrast between the time periods ofdifferent drug intervention group, arrive at different times, different drug interventiongroup desmin expression, fullgroups of histological changes in to explore drugsinterfere with the exercise-induced muscle damage desmin law, to lay the foundationfor further exploration of the drug for the effects of muscle damage. Provide the basisfor the clinical application of the treatment of these diseases, the better for athletesand sports enthusiasts, to reduce the impact of exercise-induced chronic muscle injuryfor professional athletes, athletic ability and sports life, and shorten the sportsenthusiasts recovering from sports injuries.Methods:94adult male New Zealand white rabbits as experimental objects, weight of2300g±200g. Were randomly divided into blank control group, movement controlgroup, drug intervention group. Divided into two weeks of training control group inwhich the movement of the control group according to the length of the animalmovement time, three weeks training in the control group, four weeks training in thecontrol group, five weeks training control group. Drug intervention group needs fortwo weeks running and jumping training, divided into nine groups for drugintervention, Xiaotong Plaster training3weeks,4weeks Xiaotong Plaster trainingXiaotong Plaster training5weeks; Fu Lin training three weeks, the Voltaren trainingfour weeks, the Voltaren training five weeks, placebo training three weeks group training for4weeks placebo training five weeks placebo groups. High-intensityrunning and jumping sports, at least300times each rabbit daily running and jumpingsports training programs, continuous training five days a week. Same medication longitudinal comparison of time-node: Xiaotong Plastergroup training treated three weeks compared to4weeks and training, trainingdressing treated and5weeks of group OD value decreased highly significantdifference; withtraining dressing four weeks group training no significant differencebetween treated and5weeks OD value. Training and drug intervention tofour weeks, five weeks, are no more obvious differences between drug group. Conclusion:1. Chronic skeletal muscle injury, the new generation and wound repair oldwounds between non-intervention, the process of repetitive motion injuriespathological changes manifested injury and regeneration in fact the result of thesuperposition of them.2. Xiaotong Plaster throughout the course of the experiment, for chronic skeletalmuscle injury regeneration process desmin expression did not play a role inpromoting.3. Voltaren ointment (diclofenac diethylamine creams) during the wholeexperiment, for chronic skeletal muscle injury regeneration process desmin expressionhas played a catalytic role.
