| Background: Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) is the ultimate phase ofcardiovascular diseases. Many researches prove that the patients’ quality oflife was seriously affected by the recurrent chronic heart failure. CHFbecomes a huge economic burden to patients’ family and society.Epidemiological data shows that the morbidity rate of the CHF has been onthe rise。Therefore, heart failure has become one problem, on which the publichealth and clinical medicine is focused. Objective: To observe the clinical effect of prescription of benefiting Qifor activating blood circulation warming yang for diuresis in the treatment ofcongestive heart failure and to evaluate its safety as well as adversereactions. Methods: In the experiment, we adopt a randomized double blindprinciple and strictly abide by the diagnosis and the inclusion criteria.120patients with congestive heart failure in Hebei Province Chinese medicinehospital inpatient and outpatient were collected, who suit requirements of Ⅲ,Ⅳ.120patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimentalgroup and the control group each with60cases.The treatment group60cases,including26males and34females; aged56to70years, mean64.3years;longest duration of nine years, the shortest,1year;28cases of coronary heartdisease,8cases of dilated cardiomyopathyfive cases of rheumatic heartdisease, hypertensive heart disease in13cases, pulmonary heart disease in sixcases. Control group of60patients, including28males and32females; aged53to69years, mean62.1years; including coronary heart disease32, dilatedcardiomyopathy, six cases of rheumatic heart disease, hypertensive heartdisease, lung heart disease in8cases. The control group were givenconventional western medicine treatment which includes cardiac glycoside, cardiac diuretic, the dilation of blood vessels,Inhibiting leftventricular remodeling and other comprehensive treatments; The treatmentgroup were treated with the same routine western medicine treatment, combined with Chinese medicine, qd. Each group was treated for4weeks.Result:1Among the60cases of The treatment group, markedly effective41cases, effective15cases, invalid4cases, the total efficiency rate is93.33%.Among the60cases of the control group, markedly effective31cases,effective21cases, invalid8cases, the total efficiency is86.67%. Therefore, the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the controlgroup.2The treatment group and the control group both make obviousimprovents in the6MWT,and the treatment group was significantly higherthan the control group.3The EF and A of patients in the therapeutic group were obviouslyimproved after treatment, and the treatment group was more obviously.4The BNP of patients in the therapeutic group were obviously improvedafter treatment, and the treatment group was more obviously.5No obvious side effects have been found in both groups. Conclusions: Chinese medicine benefiting qi for activating bloodcirculation and Warming yang is an effective prescription in treatingcongestive heart failure. Accumulated evidence for evidence-based medicine,to delay the process of HF, provide new therapeutic approaches to improve thequality of life. |
