Study On The Levels Of FIB And D-D In Patients Of Diabetic Retinopathy Treated With Yiqiyangyin Method

Objective: To get further understanding and exploration of the treatmentrule of YiQiYangYin by evaluating the effects in treating background diabeticretinopathy.Methods:60patients with type2diabetes in our hospital selectedaccording to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from April2012toApril2013randomly divided into two groups, Study group and the controlgroup,25cases in each. Study group using ZhikeYangyin capsule andintensive insulin treatment programs, while the control group a simple insulintherapies. The treatment cycle for6weeks. Observed in patients with signsand symptoms change and analyzed statistically the changes in fibrinogenand D-dimer.Results: No significant difference (P>0.05) in FIB and D-D in thecontrol group while there are in Treatment group (P<0.05). The contrastbetween the two groups after treatment (P<0.05) were significantly different.In TCM syndromes evaluation, among30cases in Treatment group,16casesthe effect is significant,9cases followed by,5cases invalid, total symptomimprovement rate is84%and a significant symptom improvement rate is52%;In Control group of30cases the corresponding data are11,10,9,68%,32%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment rule of YiQiYangYin is effective in treatingbackground diabetic retinopathy and has a beneficial effect on FIB and D-D.
