Objective:To explore clinical treatment of GIST, and analyze the factors might affect the postoperative survival rate, so as to improve the level of the treatment of GIST.Methods:272patients with GIST from June2004to November2012at Qilu hospital of Shandong University were follow-up, compare gender,age, topogenesis, the size of tumor, mitosis, complete tumor and postoperative medication such as single factor for prognosis.Results:gender, age is irrelevant factors,the prognosis of gastric stromal tumor is better than the small intestine and colorectal stromal tumor, the smaller of the tumor, and the less of mitosis, the better of prognosis,complete surgical resection can increase survival rates,postoperative application of targeted drug imatinib (or sunitinib) treatment can significantly improve the prognosis.Conclusion:GIST is a kind of malignant tumor that can be confirmed by pathological diagnosis.complete surgical resection is the first choice.The size of tumor and mitosis are keys in differentiating benign and malignant GIST.postoperative application of targeted cancer therapy can significantly improve the prognosis. |
