Objective:Aortic aneurysm is one of cardiovascular diseases, mainly caused by aortic lumen expansion critically ill or tear. The elderly are high-incidence populations.in recent years, with the improvement of living standards and lifestyle changes of the Chinese population, the age of onset presents a trend of younger and the incidence rate showes an upward trend. This article through the analysis of two cases of ascending aortic aneurysm with coronary artery disease or dilated cardiomyopathy cases, in order to further investigate the etiology and clinical manifestations of aortic aneurysm, and to avoid missed diagnosis. Methods:A retrospective study for ascending aortic aneurysm with coronary artery disease or dilated cardiomyopathy cases in Jinan Central Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from October2011to October2012was conducted and further to investigate the cause of aortic aneurysm, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the lessons learned. At the same time we reviewed the literalure associated with aortic aneurysm in the PubMed database of the National Library of Medicine online, Wanfang database System. Results:Aortic aneurysm is a multifactorial disease, including atherosclerosis, and clinical aortic aneurysm may also associated with other cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease. And some clinical manifestations are often atvpical. when need a combination of laboratory examinations. such as echocardiography or chest CT to Differentiated with other cardiovascular diseaseand, to avoid misdiagnosis further. Conclusion:The major cause of aortic aneurysm includeing:degenerative diseases (such as atherosclerosis), cystic necrosis in the middle (such as Marfan’s syndrome, etc.), mechanical factors (For example hemodynamic changes), trauma and infection. In addition to the venous engorgement, edema because of oppression of the superior vena cava; coughing and shortness of breath caused by compression of the trachea or bronchus; esophageal dysphagia caused by compression; hoarseness caused by the oppressed recurrent laryngeal nerve; Corresponding aortic regurgitation murmur caused by the valve leaflets separation originated from aortic annulus pressure deformation, and some patients with chest pain as a clinical performance.Aorti caneurysm may also associated with other cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease, and some patients with clinical manifestations are often atypical, when we need Differentiated them from other cardiovascular diseaseand, to avoid misdiagnosis further. |
