ObjectiveUnderstand the sleep quality and influenced factors of patientswith chronic hepatitis B,meanwhile, understand whether their sleepquality is related to anxiety and depression levels, And study threeinterventions to improve sleep quality of patients with chronichepatitis B and sleep disorders,in order to provide convenient andeffective interventions to improve sleep quality for clinicalpatients with chronic hepatitis B and sleep disorders.MethodsThe first stage:Investigate and analyze the sleep quality, influenced factors, depression and anxiety of159patients withchronic hepatitis B, and evaluate its results with the appropriatescales. The second stage:the study included120patients withchronic hepatitis B and sleep disorders, according to the order, theywere randomly divided into control group, progressive Wu qin xiexercise, under the guidance of nurses, group(exercise group),progressive family massage, under the guidance of nurses, group(acupressure group) and the combined group, analyze thechanges of sleep quality, influenced factors, depression andanxiety before the intervention, after the4weeks’ interventionand12weeks’intervention respectively, evaluated the respective clinical efficacy and features of three interventions.Results1.Sleep PSQI score(9.61±3.75) of patients with Chronichepatitis B was significantly higher than the normal (P <0.05),the most of their seven projects scores were significantly higherthan the normal. three factors such as sleep time, sleep time andsleep efficiency were representative, could objectively respondto the chronic hepatitis B patients’sleep quality.2. Gender, disease duration, education, occupation, etc.impactedslightly on the sleep quality of patients with chronic hepatitisB, age impacted greatly on sleep states(F=2.906, P=O.023),teenagers had the lowest PSQI score, young people’s PSQI score washigher than teenagers,middle-aged patients had the highest PSQIscore, the elderly had the shortest sleep time.3. The top three factors that interfered with the sleep quality ofpatients with chronic hepatitis B were psychological factors(48.17%), physical malaise (42.67%) and environmental factors(36.52%), in which the physical malaise interfered with sleepquality, were bloating, nocturnal enuresis and itchy skin. And theless sleep influenced factors and the more light physical symptomsexisted, the better sleep quality the patients got.psychologicalfactor became the major factor which affected sleep quality ofyoung and middle-aged patients.4.To a certain extent, sleep quality of patients with chronichepatitis B was related to anxiety and depression.5.Sleep score of three intervention group were significantlydifferent from control group at the different stages(P <0.05), andthe speed of improving sleep quality was different, combined methodof acupressure method acted fastest, Wu qin xi method acted slowly, but could gradually decrease and eliminate the differences withthe former.6. Three intervention methods, which all focused on improving thesleep quality by reducing sleep time, prolonging sleep time andimproving sleep efficiency.7. Gender, age, disease duration, education, occupation, etc.wasbasically irrelevant to improving sleep quality.8. Anxiety score of patients with chronic hepatitis B was39.69±8.67, was higher than the the normal, they all had symptoms ofanxiety neurosis.who, having sleep disorder, had significantlyhigher score(t=9.032, P=O.000), after implementing nursinginterventions, the scores were significantly decreased (P <0.05).Wu qin xi group and acupressure group improved faster, threeinterventions improve anxiety may be the result of self-regulationand methods working together.9.Depression score of patients with chronic hepatitis B was41.60±7.58, was higher than the the normal, they all had symptoms ofdepression neurosis.who, having sleep disorder, had significantlyhigher score(t=9.032, P=O.000), after implementing nursinginterventions, the scores were significantly decreased (P <0.05).The combined group improved faster, three interventions improvedepression may be the result of self-regulation and methods workingtogether.Conclusions1.Patients with chronic hepatitis B had a high incidence of sleepdisorders.2.Three interventions could improve patients with chronichepatitis B,which speed of improving sleep quality wasdifferent, which focus was similar, could effectively improve sleep quality.
