Study On The Chemical Constituents Of N-butanol Extract Fraction And Quality Analysis Of Centipeda Minima

Centipeda minima belongs to Compositae Centipeda, which isused by its whole herb，it is recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010Ⅰ). Centipeda minima have the effency of antibacterial effect,antitumor, anti-allergic, and so on. It is commonly used for nasalobstruction,nasosinusitis runny nose，cough，anemofrigid headacheand so on.Our research group have extract and separate the petroleum ether part and ethyl acetate part of centipeda minima and got some c-hemical compounds,which are used for pharmacological screening,theresult show that brevilin,11,13-dihydrohelenalin,taraxasterol,lupeol,3-methoxyquercetin,quercetin have obvious activity of anti-tumor.In order to clarify its material foundation, we isolate and purify the chemical composition of the the N-butanol fraction with silica gel column chromatography,gel permeation chromatography and p-reparative chromatography HPLC,and got17chemical compounds.Nine of them have been identified by NMR， other spectral techno-logies and related article.They are pentadecanoic acid（1）, palmit-ic acid （2）,Stearic Acid(3）, β-carrot glycosides(4), uracil(5), Ka-empferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6), a denine (7)，uridine，(8), rutin(9)，The1,3,5,7,8are got from Centi-peda minima for the first time.We determine the content of kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyrano-syl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside with HPLC, establishing content de-termination method of centipeda minima，which provides a basis on the quality control of centipeda minima.
