Background: On the basis of removing the diseases of the patients, the concept of Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) has been developedwith the development of medical science, pursing the effect of as muchminimally invasive as possible has become higher. Basing on thetraditional laparoscopic operation, Natural Orifice TransluminalEndoscopic Surgery(NOTES) and Embryonic Natural OrificeTransluminal Endoscopic Surgery (E-NOTES、NOTUS) comes intobeing in this context. NOTES is still in the research stage because of theoperation instrument, equipment, technology limitations and theinsurance of the ethics and law. Because E-NOTES use the umbilicalwhich is the natural channel between the mother and fetus in theembryonic period to operate, its operation vision is much closer to thevision of the tradition laparoscopic operation, and the removing ofspecimens also avoid to through the stomach, vagina, rectum, which caninduce to infect, so it’s more practical. With the development of thesociety, the single biomedical mode is transforming to themulti-dimensional biological-psychological-social medical mode. The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended thatin the evaluation of the new caner treatment, the quality of life should beused as the second standard, which is after the survival rate. Objective: Some scholars have confirmed the safety, feasibility andthe radical aspects of the Single Incision Laparoscopic RadicalResection of Sigmoid Colon Cancer and Upper Rectum Cancer (SIRR).This research made the questionnaire survey on the psychological stateof post-single incision laparoscopy and post-traditional laparoscopy inpatients with sigmoid colon cancer or upper rectum cancer, and didcomparative analysis of the psychological state between the SIRR groupand TRR group. And it will provide a theoretical basis for thecomprehensive evaluation of the effect between SIRR and TRR, and itwill also promote the clinical psychological intervention measures. Methods: The Fist Hospital of Jilin University has40cases of singleincision laparoscopic radical resection of sigmoid colon cancer andupper rectum cancer and46cases of traditional laparoscopic radicalresection of sigmoid colon cancer and upper rectum cancer in patientsfrom2011January to2012June. Using the Symptom Checklist (SCL-90)to evaluate the postoperative patients’ psychological state between thetwo group, and analyze its influencing factors through the multiple itemlist. Results: Comparing the SCL-90score of all the postoperative patients with the national norm, there are significant differences insomatization, depression, anxiety, fear aspect (p<0.01). Comparing theSCL-90score of the SIRR group with that of the TRR group, there aresignificant differences in somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety aspect (p<0.05). In the single factor analysis ofpostoperative patients’ psychological state, the patients’ poorpsychological state is related to the family income, family relationship, operation mode and pathological stage (p<0.05).Conclusion: The psychological state of the postoperative patientswith sigmoid colon cancer or upper rectum cancer is poor, mainly intomatization, depression, anxiety, fear aspect in the SCL-90testing. Thepsychological state of the SIRR group is better than that of the TRRgroup, mainly in the somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety aspect. in the SCL-90testing. The poor psychological state ofthe postoperative patients with sigmoid colon cancer or upper rectumcancer is related to the family income, family relationship, operationmode and pathological stage.
