| Objective:By comparing posterior pedicle screw fixation combined withtranspedicular grafting with simple posterior pedicle screw fixation ofthoracolumbar fracture patients.Observe preoperative, postoperative and finalfollow-up, compression ratio of fracture vertebral body anterior edge, Cobb`sangle and endplate of vertebral fractures healing. To evaluate the clinicalefficacy of posterior pedicle screw fixation combined with transpediculargrafting. Methods: Collected32cases of thoracolumbar fractures after surgery inthe1sthospital of JiLin University from March2011to March2013. Patientswere divided into bone graft group (17cases) and control group (15cases)according to whether the patients do the transpedicular grafting during surgery.Recorded the compression ratio of fracture vertebral body anterior edge,Cobb`s angle and superior endplate of vertebral fractures healing ofpreoperative, postoperative, and final follow-up (mean8.5months).And dothe statistical analysis. Results:Comparing compression ratio of fracture vertebral body anterioredge and Cobb`s angle of postoperative and follow-up case.Bone graftinggroup has no statistically significant (P>0.05).While control group hasstatistically significant (P <0.05). And the CT examination of all the10patients of bone grafting group follow-up show that the bone and superiorendplate of the vertebral body healed well.8patients of control group do the CTexamination, half of them show that there are vertebral bone cavity formation. Conclusions: The results show that posterior pedicle screw fixationcombined with transpedicular grafting has good effect on preventing heightlossing of reposition, kyphosis angulation increasing and vertebral bone cavityformation. In the treatment of superior endplate injury, it also has a certaineffect. |
