Objective:To investigate the pathogenic bacteria distribution and antibioticsresistance in children with lower respiratory tract infection in ChangchunChildren’s Hospital, provide a scientific basis for pediatric clinicalrational use of antibiotics.Methods:2014cases of lower respiratory tract infection of children werecollected in our hospital from January2011to December2012.Retrospective analysis, sputum culture, bacterial identification andsusceptibility test were done in675sputum specimens of pediatricpatients. Results:The rate of sample saving for sputum culture was33.5%inChangchun Children’s Hospital.675cases were tested.296strains ofpathogenic bacteria were separated. The total positive detection rate was43.9%. The gram negative bacteria (G-bacteria) was153strains (51.7%),when gram positive bacteria (G~+bacteria) was118strains (39.9%), fungiwas14strains (4.7%) and others was11strains (3.7%). Most of thepathogens were Gram negative bacteria which included Klebsiellapneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonasaeruginosa, Acinetobacter Bauman. The top three Gram positivebacterias were Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus. Candida albicans occupied a very importantposition in the fungus. Others were mixed infection. Gram negativebacteria were sensitive to meropenem, imipenem, Cefoperazone/sulbactam, and piperacillin/tazobactam and quinolones secondly, theywere resistance to ampicillin. Gram positive bacteria were100%sensitiveto vancomycin and linezolid, followed by quinolones, they were highlyresistance to penicillin. Conclusion:Children with lower respiratory tract infection of pathogenic bacteriaare complex, related to their region and age. Gram negative bacteria werethe major pathogenic bacteria in LRTIs in Changchun Children’s Hospital; Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus were the mostcommon pathogenic bacteria. Antimicrobial spectrums of children indifferent ages have different characteristics, sensitivity and resistance todifferent antibiotics. Resistant to antibiotics is a serious problem whichshould attracts more attention. |
