Background:The uterus is a vital organ of the female reproductive organs.In China every year for at least1million times more than ahysterectomy,Mainly suitable for benign or malignant tumor. Illustrates thefunctional uterine bleeding, endometriosis and uterine prolapse. Abdominalhysterectomy,ncluding cut total abdominal hysterectomy and abdominaltotal hysterectomy and expand the hysterectomy,but surgery may make thepatient produces some adverse psychological reactions such as depression,anxiety, fear, etc. Especially a growing number of scholars believe thatbefore and after hysterectomy deal with women’s physical and psychologicalnegative attention. So the postoperative effect on sex change become a focusof debate. Based on the summary sex change before and after surgery on hysterectomy patients and to compare two kinds of operative methodswhether different effects on sex. Designed to guide reasonable clinicaldoctors choose surgery, according to the specific circumstances to explainpreoperative and postoperative consultation and advice, in order to improvethe patients quality of life after surgery.Objective:To evaluate the uterine total hysterectomy effect on sex and time.Methods: ZaLanTunShi people’s hospital of Inner Mongolia on June1,2011to2012on June1,142total routine hysterectomy and follow-up timestotal hysterectomy patients. Using questionnaire or telephone pays a returnvisit investigation, content including: general information, sex, sexualsatisfaction, and the relationship between spouses, psychological evaluationto understand changes in sexual function. Which is divided into two groupstotal hysterectomy group of83cases of control group total59cases ofhysterectomy group. Research content include age, nationality, marital status,place of residence, my career and my education, economic status, mentalstatus, sex with your spouse relationship, urine, etc. Comparison between two groups of patients with postoperative sexual function if there aresignificant differences. According to the preoperative assessment follow-updata of142patients postoperative sexual function changes.Results:1. In the age, culture level, occupation, psychological development andrelationship between spouses and so on complete uterus and completehysterectomy patients there was no significant difference.2. Postoperative3months total hysterectomy and total hysterectomy patientsduring orgasm and sexual satisfaction and vaginal lubrication degree hasobvious differences, and no obvious difference was found between sexualdesire and pain during sex.3. The total hysterectomy and total hysterectomy6months after surgery twogroups of patients during orgasm and vaginal lubrication degree has obviousdifferences, and sexual desire, arousal, and pain during sex and sexualsatisfaction has no significant difference.4. Total hysterectomy less total hysterectomy patients significantly increased impact on the quality of sexual life, there are significant differences.Conclusion:1. The total hysterectomy and total hysterectomy patients in life, work,education, etc. No obvious difference in the environment.2.3months after operation of total hysterectomy less total hysterectomypatients during orgasm, sexual satisfaction and degree of vaginal lubrication.3.6months postoperatively in patients with total hysterectomy in the lesstotal hysterectomy orgasm and vaginal lubrication degree is poor, does notaffect the rest of the function evaluation index.4. Total hysterectomy less total hysterectomy patients significantly increasedimpact on the quality of sexual life.
